What to bring to your shoot

There are so many ways to capture memories and not all people want the same ole traditional photo shoot. Therefore, we make sure to instruct on some things that you may not have thought about. Remember, these are only suggestions and not required.

PROP IDEAS TO BRING & INCORPORATE:

• Kid toys, mini vehicles 
• Blankets 
• Signs 
• Books 
• Sparklers 
• Confetti 
• Bubbles 
• Decorative Hanger (for wedding dress)

CLOTHING:

• Coordinate colors, not matching 
• Avoid all white or all black clothing 
• Flesh toned undergarments 
• Stay away from characters/logos on clothing 
• Solid color tops photograph best
• Think classic & textures 
• Hat/Scarf/Tie 
• Jewelry (keep it simple not too trendy or blingy) 
• Rain boots for outdoor shoots to walk to new areas 
• Flip Flops (great for shallow water shots)
• Light jackets (no thick, non form fitting coats) 
• No patterned & striped clothing 
• Sunglasses 

COSMETICS:

• Manicured nails 
• Hair Brush, Ties, Bobby Pins
• Mirror 
• Hair Spray/Mousse 
• Long lasting lipstick (stains work best) 

OTHER: 

• Treats and additional toys to keep kids happy & interested 
• Bottled Water
• Insect Repellent
